Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty to back up our reliable quality and efficiency promise. This warranty covers all our products for one year, with unlimited mileage. It is highly recommended to have all pieces and components installed by a certified technician.

Warranty effective date is upon delivery date of item. Proof of purchase is required in the event a piece is returned. If the part is found to be defective after inspection it will be credited or replaced.

Contra Diesel INC assumes no liability and will not incur the costs of labor, technical fees, towing, rental/courtesy vehicles, etc. that relate to the purchase and installation of units purchased.

 

•         No contaminants of any kind. Such as NON-Diesel fuels, gasoline or any substance that can cause damages staining corrosion rust and foreign debris

•         Part should have no signs of tampering no modifications abuse or change in its original parts.

 

          Under no circumstances will CONTRA DIESEL INC will be responsible for any incidental or consequential and progressive damages which may result from the breach of any expressed or implied warranty, including any liability for loss of use or diminished value. CONTRA DIESEL INC.  reserves the right to alter or modify this policy at any time. Customer notification of any changes to the warranty policy will occur before implementation of revised policy.
