RETURN:

You may return unopened items 14 days from the received date for a full refund.

Opened items can be returned with a 30% restock fee. Shipping and handling costs not included.

CORE RETURNS:

Core must be returns within 30 days from purcharse any core returned after the 30 days will inly be refunded at half cost.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Product must be in original condition.

Return shipping label will be sent with purchase if applicable.

One year after purchase if after inspection the product falls under all the warranty guidelines.

Our company uses Fedex as a primary shipper. If customer would like different means of shipping it can be done at customers expense.

All ground shipping is free. 2 day shipping and overnight will be determined by Fedex guidelines based on weight, density of package and distance.
